The 47th National Championships boasts a range of events with countless races taking place for swimmers of all strengths to get involved. The event is also a great opportunity to connect with your community and meet like-minded people from across Australia who enjoy the sport of swimming.
For those visiting Darwin for the competition, be sure to take a moment to experience everything the Top End has to offer, from the Parap Markets and waterfalls at Litchfield National Park to the exciting street art and hospitality scene in Darwin’s CBD.

Welcome to Darwin for the 47th Masters Swimming Australia National Championships, being held on Larrakia land.
We are privileged to host competitors, officials and visitors from all over Australia and overseas to this event at Parap Pool and the Waterfront Lagoon and hope that you will enjoy your five days of competition here in the tropical north.
Whether you are coming here purely to compete, or to also enjoy the beauty and hospitality of the Top End, we trust that you’ll leave with fond memories of your time in the Northern Territory with firm plans to return.
I would particularly like to thank the members of the Organising Committee for their tireless work over the past 18 months, without which these Championships would not be taking place. Thank you also to Masters Swimming Australia staff and volunteers who have supported us enormously behind the scenes.
