This is the first of MSNT Open Water Events. Swimmers over 14 are eligible to compete, however they must either be members of MSA or SA or purchase the non-member insurance to participate. Two distances are on offer= 1.6km and 3.2 km. Swimmers can only swim one of the distances.

Registration will be from 7:00 am to 7:40 am and all swimmers must register.

Warm -up is permitted in the 400m course .

Warm-up finishes at 7:40am.

There will be a race briefing at 7:50am and racing will commence at 8am.
